The reason I'm taking the time to reply though is because of all the open houses, showings, etc, that we've gone through in the past 16 months, you were the only realtor where both my wife and I immediately walked out of the house and agreed "she was really a breath of fresh air." This has been an extremely emotional road for my family and I. My late husband and I purchased our home in 2007 with dreams and plans to spend our lives together in our home.

Once I made the decision to sell my home, it didn’t get easier, as I had sons wedding overseas. It mentally and physically became too far of task to do.
